The trail date for Kyle Gemin will take begin on September 11th on the charge of second degree murder back in 2020.
Gemin is accused of killing a 74 year old man in Belwood.
On July 1st 2020 Wellington County OPP responded to the home on Poplar Place in Centre Wellington at 11:30am for a well being check.
Police upon walking into the home found a man dead and was ruled as a homicide.
The following day Kyle Gemin was named the suspect and arrested. The trail is expected to last 5-6 weeks.
