A 58 year old and a business are facing charges after a traffic stop in Elora.
On April 15th at around 3pm, Wellington County OPP was conducting traffic enforcement when they stopped a commercial motor vehicle on Wellington Road 7 in Elora.
As result a 58 year old of Meaford was charged with Driving CMV with a Major Defect, Failure to Complete Daily Inspection Report and Improper Tires.
Further a business has been been charged with No Name on Commercial Vehicle, Improper Tires and Failure to Ensure Daily Inspection is Conducted Properly.
