The Town of Minto is looking at replacing its aerial fire truck.
Fire Chief Chris Harrow says the current truck regularly needs to be put back together which is over 22 years old.
Harrow says he is working with the joiny fire committee as well as Minto’s CAO on finding a replacement plan which is expected to run a bill of over $3 million.
A report is expected to come to Minto council over the next few months which will include a replacement plan and how many trucks the fire department will need over the next 5-6 years.
