The Wellington Catholic District School Board shared the loss of Superintendent of Education, Daniel Pace.
In a release, the board says they are in mourning offering prayers of peace and strength to his family and loved ones during this time.
Dan served as Superintendent who was hired with the school board in October this year after previously serving as Principal with the Brant Haldimand Norfolk Catholic District School Board.
During his time with Wellington, Dan formed friendships and connections and was a well respected member within the senior administration.
Details regarding funeral arrangements will be shared at a later date.
