Unseasonable warmth for the day has prompted a special weather statement for parts of southern Perth County including Stratford and Mitchell with strong winds expected for the day.
Air coming up from the United States could bring temperatures to a high of 14, marking it as the hottest day on record for February 15th.
Wind gusts around 80 kilometers per hour are expected throughout the morning.
The warmer temps aren’t expected to last when the weather drops down to below 0 tonight.
