Stratford Police looking for Shoplifter in St. Marys who Stole $2,500 in Merchandise

Incident occurred Dec. 1st just before 2pm when the suspect exited Canadian Tire without making an attempt to pay.

The Stratford Police Service are looking for the public’s help in identifying a shoplifter after an incident occurred at Canadian Tire in St. Marys on December 1st.

The incident occurred just before 2pm when the suspect exited the store with around $2,500 worth of merchandise without making an attempt to pay.

He is described as a white male, in his 50’s or 60’s.

At the time of the offence he was wearing a tan coloured jacket, black face mask, and a black toque with a white circle on it.

He left the store and entered the passenger seat of a grey Nissan Rogue that was waiting in the parking lot.
