Stratford Perth Shelterlink looking for Volunteers for its Board of Directors

Board members are expected to contribute 5 to 10 hours per month which can include meetings, committee meetings, fundraising events and more.

 

Stratford Perth Shelterlink is currently looking for people to volunteer to join its board of directors.

The organization provides Perth County youth ages 16 to 24 who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, with shelter, basic needs, support, community aid and advocacy services.

The volunteers for their board should bring various perspectives from all sectors of the community including families, education, medical/health, business, city and rural life.

Board members are expected to contribute 5 to 10 hours per month which can include meetings, committee meetings, fundraising events and more.

The term of the board member is a 3 year term.

The upcoming AGM is on September 8th in Stratford.
