The Rotary Club of Festival City Stratford has pledged their support to the Stratford General Hospital.
A donation of $10,000 was made by the club to support patient care coming off the success of their Wine Survivor fundraiser.
The donation will help fund the purchase of a procedural stretcher for the Critical Care Unit with the leftover funds going to the Foundation’s Greatest Needs Fund for urgent equipment and patient care priorities.
The hospital foundation says the new stretcher will support safe and efficient patient care on the Critical Care Unit and provide comfort for patients while supporting the needs of the care team.
