Stratford is investing to grow its human resources department to continue to achieve strategic priorities.
The city is adding 3 new roles to the department, Wellness, Health & Safety Coordinator, Organizational Development Coordinator and Human Resources Assistant.
Recruitment will continue heading into August with a hope to have the roles filled and a start date come September.
The salaries for these 3 positions will vary between $79,000-$85,000.
