A Stratford resident is in hospital after being hit by a truck last Thursday.
The 59-year-old man was on an ebike at the intersection of Downie Street and West Street just after 6:30pm.
Police say the 39 year old truck driver had the right of way when the crash happened.
The bike rider was taken to Stratford hospital but later taken to London with serious but non-life threatening injures.
Police had determined the truck driver was impaired by a drug and was charged with impaired operation.
