An investigator has given the clear for Stratford Council in a closed meeting investigation.
Lawyers from Cunnigham Swan say they received a closed meeting complaint after an in camera session was held on January 9th.
From the complaint, its stated various citizen committees were chosen during the meeting and how the process should not have been in closed session.
After investigation and review, lawyers found it was properly held in closed session and met the proper criteria.
