A Stratford business owner is facing fraud charges.
Stratford Police began an investigation into the fraud last year in February when concerns were raised by many citizens over investments.
The accused has been charged with 5 counts of fraud over $5000, nine counts of uttering a forged document and one count of false pretenses.
The accused was released from custody and given a March court date.
