Case IH Equipment Dealers Stoltz Sales & Service and Hub International will be merging their two organizations to form Equipment Ontario.
The merger will service over 16 Counties with various dealerships locally including Listowel, Mildway and Elmira.
In a release, Marlin Stoltz, Owner of Stolz Sales & Service saying “We are extremely excited with the merger of our two great organizations. Our team will be part of history in the making.”
Hub & Stolz will continue to represent all existing brands and team members will keep their roles.
The merger will take effect December 1st.
