Nine charges have been laid against a Stratford resident with the recovery of a stolen vehicle.
On October 20th at around 8:30pm, Wellington County OPP was on patrol on Highway 9 in Minto when they spotted a suspicious person with a stolen vehicle.
The driver tired to flee from police but was eventually caught.
The 24 year old was charged with Flight from Police, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000, Dangerous Operation, Driving Under Suspension and two counts of Failure to Comply with a Probation Order.
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
