An expansion to Listowel’s St Marys Catholic School has been made possible from an investment from the province.
MPP Matthew Rae announced $5.8 million is being provided to add 150 student spaces and 98 childcare spaces.
The project comes as part of a $1.3 billion plan that more than doubles funding to build new schools and expansions including childcare spaces.
In a release Rae says Listowel is one of the fastest growing communities in Perth County and this investment will ensure families can access high quality education and affordable childcare.
