An intersection in St Marys is seeing some changes due to safety concerns.
Work will begin on Church Street South and Jones Street East which has seen a slew of collisions over the last few years.
Changes will see the replacement of a the yield sign with a stop sign, trimming and removing trees and the removal of street parking spaces.
A review of the intersection saw most crashes happened when an eastbound driver incorrectly entered the intersection due to an obstructed view.
If any trees are removed from the area they will be replaced by three new trees somewhere else in town.
