A South Huron resident is facing charges after he was caught breaking into a business in November.
Just before 6:30am on November 27th an employee arrived at a business on Bluewater Veteran’s Highway but upon arrival found a suspect running out of the store and leaving in a vehicle.
The store was checked and it was found the thief left with cash and containers of ice cream.
Police began investigation and on December 1st the 40 year old was taken into custody and charged with break and enter, theft under $5000 and fail to comply with a probation order.
