The South Bruce OPP have completed their investigation into a fatal collision in the Municipality of Brockton.
Police were called to the site of a single vehicle collision along Side Road 5 on August 15th just before 8:30pm. Officers responded with members of the Brockton Fire Department and Bruce County Paramedics.
As a result of the investigation a 26 year old male of Howick Township has been charged with dangerous driving causing death and operating a vehicle over 80 milligrams causing death.
The accused was held in custody pending the results of a bail hearing.
