The Seaforth Community Hospital Emergency Department will reopen this morning at 7am following an overnight closure.
The Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance says due to sudden health human resource shortages the ED closed at 9pm on Thursday but will return to regular 24 hours of service again at 7am.
Those in need of immediate medical attention should call 911, paramedics are still available and will re-route to the nearest open emergency department with the closest to Seaforth being Exeter and Goderich.
