The Huron-Perth Catholic District School Board is mourning with the rest of the world following the passing of Pope Francis.
The board says special prayer services will be held to honour the Holy Father’s life and legacy with the Vatican Flag being lowered to half mast at their secondary schools and the Catholic Education Centre.
The school board adds the Pope’s message of mercy and love resonated deeply with youth, encouraging them to embrace their faith and become agents of change in their communities.
