Sara Wood Elected as OFA Director at Large

A Perth County farmer has been elected as the Ontario Federation of Agriculture’s Director at Large.

Sara Wood, current President of the Perth County Federation of Agriculture received the honour.

The role of a director is to speak up, engage and influence meaningful change at a provincial level and represent Ontario farm businesses.

The roles such as the Executive Team, Director at Large and Bursary winners were all announced during OFA’s annual general meeting.

Sara Wood takes over as Director at Large from Hugh Simpson, a beekeeper from Collingwood.

Barclay Nap from Wellington County and Erica Miles in Leeds County also ran for Director at Large.
