It was a sharp decrease for home sales across Huron-Perth last month.
According to the Huron-Perth Association of Realtor’s 207 units were sold in March, a drop of 17.9% when compared to March 2021.
On a year to date basis, sales have totaled 448 units over the first three months of the year, this is down 9.3% over the same time last year.
The benchmark price of a single family home was set at $653,800 with the average price last month at $737,576, a leap of 32.7% from last year.
There was 264 listings last month.
