Riverside Apartments has been given its final approval at the site of the former Wingham modular home site.
This has sparked many residents who say they were deceived.
The approval will now see the proposed five storeys to now four storeys after complaints were received from citizens.
Where citizens feel cheated however is, the revised plan will still house the same number of apartments which some say is not what they agreed to.
Some expressed their anger to council about the expected increase of traffic and safety risk for children.
While approved, council did say should safety or traffic be a rising concern, it will be addressed in the future.
