Sunday marked 13 years since Ken Rea and Raymond Walter, volunteer firefighters with North Perth lost their lives in a blaze at a dollar store in Listowel.
On March 17th 2011 both Walter and Rea entered the burning building to search for anyone who might have been trapped when part of the building had caved in.
The North Perth Fire Department every year continues to remember and honour their fallen and support families.
North Perth in a statement says their sacrifice fro our community will never be forgotten.
