Regal Kate, one of Stratfords mute swans who was released last month has died.
Quin Malott, Stratford’s parks, forestry and cemetery manager says the swan was killed night likely by a fox or coyote.
Malott saying while they do monitor the swans there isn’t much they can do when an incident like this happens at night.
Many took to social media to share their memories and thoughts on the death of the swan saying it was a sad day for Stratford.
