While Wellington County won’t see changes to the garbage collection until 2028, recycling changes are coming this year.
Circular Materials who organizes the recycling for the county is moving to a new cart based system starting in August.
It’s expected these 360 litre carts will be delivered to homes across the county in July.
Residents who’d prefer to have a smaller bin of 240 litres can make the request before June 12th.
