West Perth Community Services has expanded local recreational opportunities with the installation of new outdoor concrete games in parks and spaces.
These will now allow residents to enjoy games like chess and checkers at Centennial Park as well as cornhole and table tennis at Keterson Park at the Tim Hortons Pavilion.
Equipment will be available at Hutchy’s Food Booth during operating hours and can be borrowed free of charge from the West Perth Public Library with a valid library card.
This allows a low barrier way for residents of all ages to take part in outdoor activities across the community.
