Applications for the annual Ray Walter Memorial Scholarship are open.
The scholarship, established by Ward & Uptigrove is all in memory of a loving friend, leader within the office at Ward & Uptigrove and a strong community member with various clubs such as the Kinsmen.
Ray Walter lost his life battling a blaze on March 17th 2011.
The scholarship is open for Listowel District Secondary School students who are pursuing education excellence while working to support the community.
Applications are open until June 14th.
