It was a big year for the Purolator Tackle Hunger Red Bag Campaign held from May 25th-June 1st in Stratford bringing in food for the Stratford House of Blessing.
Greg Yake, Stratford Unit Manager for Purolator says this is the 2nd time they’ve done the Red Bag campaign in the city and with the help of the community 2615 pounds of food was collected.
The Stratford House of Blessing relies on its support of the community and partners which in 2023 saw a record hit of 15,393 food visits, 192,624 pounds of food collected, 230,895 meals given out and over 4628 volunteer hours logged.
