With consistent hot weather, Huron-Perth Public Health is reminding everyone never to leave children, older adults or pets alone in a parked vehicle in the heat.

This comes as temperatures start to push beyond 30 degrees.

Public Health says it can get dangerously warm very quickly in a vehicle even if outside temperatures feel fine or if the window is left open.

OPP also add to contact them if you ever see anyone or pets in distress while inside a hot vehicle.
