The provincial government has halted all residential evictions for as long as the stay at home order is in effect.
This is to hep ensure nobody will be without a place to live during heightened lockdown restrictions. This is the 2nd time during the pandemic where the government has paused evictions.
Rent rates have also been frozen for 2021 to better help renters throughout the year.
