Hanover Police say incidents involving adults and interactions with children are not linked with one being a random act of kindness.
Chief Christopher Knoll says one adult was seen handing out “Pot of Gold” chocolates to several people of various ages inspired by random acts of kindness.
He says police have determined the motives were pure and genuine.
The second incident involving a senior taking photos of children in a backyard is unrelated and still under investigation.
They are searching for a black Volkswagen Tiguan and to speak with the older male with grey hair & facial hair.
