The Perth County OPP is looking to speak with a male who was observed in the area of a farm on Perth Line 86 in North Perth just east of Listowel on Saturday night.
On July 3rd at approximately 7:30pm a young child was at the property and had interaction with a male, who was also visiting the animals.
The Perth County OPP would like to speak to this male and any other witnesses to the incident.
The male is described as:
- Caucasian
- 40 to 50 years old
- long hair with bangs
- wearing a white or green checkered button down shirt
- departed in a blue mini-van style vehicle
- possibly with a female and children
