Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced today his 3 year spending plan that he says will create 60 thousand jobs across the country.
He plans to put 10 billion dollars into infrastructure improvements focusing on things like broadband internet service, and clean power generation.
He says the money will be funneled through the Liberals Canada Infrastructure Bank.
