Options will be discussed tonight in North Perth council regarding a monthly occupancy fee increase and utility adjustment at Perth Meadows.
Residents at Perth Meadows saw a fee increase by around 5 per cent in 2023 after no increase the year prior.
Historically rates have increased by 2 per cent each year.
In front of council is an overall rate increase of 5 per cent or fee increase of 3.5 per cent for 2024 by taking the shortfall from reserves.
In 2025 the remaining 1.5 per cent will be applied to the fee increase.
