The Perth East Public Library is now requiring parents or guardians to be present during bedazzling events for those 14 and under.
In a statement the library says they want to keep programs open and free for everyone but staff time is used on top of funding to make them run smoothly.
When messes are made and supplies destroyed it can ruin the time for everyone present and takes away said staff time from other events.
Staff ask for respect to the library to ensure more activities such as this in the future.
