Perth County Warden Dean Trentowsky, members of county council and staff all took part in this years Rural Ontario Municipal Association Conference, advocating for the needs of the county locally to the province.
Representatives from Perth County attended two delegation meetings during the conference including Streamlining Planning Applications and Reducing Costs with Laura Smith and Agribusiness Growth, Investment Successes and Regional Opportunities with Minister Trevor Jones.
Trentowsky in a release says the ROMA Conference is an excellent opportunity for representatives from Perth County to advocate for the rural region and promote excellent advantages that Perth County has to offer.
