One person is in hospital and a dog deceased after a crash in Arthur.
On April 9th at around 12pm, Wellington County OPP received a report a pedestrian and their dog was hit by a tractor trailer trying to cross Highway 6.
The tractor trailer, heading northbound tried to turn right when the pedestrian was hit who was taken by air ambulance to a trauma centre with serious, but non life threatening injuries.
The dog was declared deceased.
The roadway was closed for several hours but has since reopened.
