The Palmerston & District Community Centre is in store for a big upgrade to its kitchen facilities following a tender approval at the December 20th meeting.
The successful bidder was STOP Restaurant Supply at a cost of just over $142,000.
They were the lowest of the three who submitted bids and it will cover the supply, delivery and installation of kitchen equipment and supplies.
The estimated budget had been $175,000 and was part of the Capital Projects list for the year from the Town.
