The Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance is set to temporarily close the Emergency Department of the Seaforth Community Hospital due to staffing shortages.
The closure will occur Wednesday at 9 pm and re-open at 7 am on Thursday.
Anyone requiring immediate medical attention during the closure should call 911.
Paramedics will remain available to the community and will re-route to the nearest open Emergency Department.
Anyone attending an ER during the closure is advised to contact the location to ensure they are operating with regular hours.
