The province is providing over $180,000 to different festivals in Stratford.
Perth-Wellington MPP Matthew Rae says the money comes from the Experience Ontario program which will allow the festivals to expand their programming, bring in new visitors to the area and boost the local economy.
Rae adds this investment is a crucial part to the community in Perth-Wellington and across Ontario.
Stratford Festival will see $125,000, Stratford Summer Music sees the tune of $32,209 and Here for Now Theatre of Stratford will receive $31,680.
