Perth County OPP are trying to identify a person of interest relating to a traffic complaint in Monkton.
Police also say the suspect did not stop for police.
The vehicle in question is a black and green Can AM ATV with the suspect being a man who was wearing an orange reflective vest and black helmet.
Anyone with information is asked to contact OPP.
