OPP investigating Fail to Remain Collision Involving Cyclist in Minto Township

Incident at Wellington Road 2 & Regency Drive resulted in cyclist was transported by AirOrnge to a trauma centre with serious injuries.

Wellington County OPP is investigating a fail to remain collision involving a cyclist in Minto Township at Wellington Road 2 at Regency Drive that left the cyclist with serious injuries.

Constable Jacob Unger revealed the details via a video post on social media.

“This morning at 8:30 am Wellington County OPP along with Guelph-Wellington Paramedics & local fire department responded to this location on report of a motor vehicle involving a cyclist. The cyclist was transported by AirOrnge to a trauma centre with serious injuries. The vehicle involved in this collision did not remain at the scene.”
