The Perth County OPP has identified the victim of a fatal collision that took place yesterday on Road 180 in West Perth.
Matthew Kuilboer, a 24-year old from London was pronounced deceased at the scene of a serious collision involving his pickup truck and a commercial vehicle on Road 180 at Line 32.
The roadway was closed for approximately 4 hours before it reopened.
Members of the OPP, West Region Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement team, West Perth Fire and Perth County Paramedics attended the scene.
