On March 2nd, Perth County OPP alongside the Perth County Community Street Crime Unit and West Region Emergency Response Team executed a search warrant at an address on Argyle Avenue North in Listowel.
Police seized a quantity of suspected Fentanyl, Methamphetamine and Hydromorphone with a value of $7310.
Canadian currency at $1477 was also taken as well as other property valued at $1100.
As a result a 38-year-old of North Perth was charged;
Poss of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking- Methamphetamine
Poss of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking- Other Drugs
Fail to comply with Probation Order
A 42-year-old of North Perth was charged with:
Poss of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking- Methamphetamine
Poss of a Schedule I substance for the pur pose of Trafficking- Other Drugs
Poss of a Schedule II substance – Other Drugs
Failure to comply with release order- other than to attend court
Both were held in custody pending a bail hearing.
