OPP Execute Multiple Search Warrants in North Huron on Wedneday

Members of the Grey-Bruce and Huron-Perth OPP Community Street Crime Units, along with assistance from the West Region Emergency Response Teams, Tactical and Canine Unit executed multiple search warrants on Wednesday, March 30th.

The incident happened at a home on Charles Street in Wingham, as well as a farm property on London Road in Blyth.

As a result of the warrants offices seized various tablet substances valued at$600.

They also seized stolen property included a SUV, Gator vehicle, an ATV, two Landscape trailers, B&E tools, VIN number and license plates.

Total value estimated at $95,100.

A 36 year old male of Wingham with a series of charges related to the seized drugs and stolen items recovered and a 21 year old female of Blyth has been charged with failing to comply with a release order.

Both remain in custody pending an appearance in a Goderich court.
