Wellington County OPP have charged a 22 year old after being seen on an ATV with a small child on their lap.
On September 13th at around 7:45pm OPP was conducting traffic enforcement when they spotted an ATV traveling on the side of the road with a small child on their lap.
A stop was done on King Street in Palmerston with the 22 year old hit with 5 charges including Failure to Ensure an Infant is Properly Secured, Operating without Insurance, Driving without Plates and Operating an Unsafe Vehicle.
The accused will appear in court at a later date.
