Perth County OPP have charged a 43 year old after an intimate image was shared.
On October 6th just before 9:30am police began an investigation into an intimate partner incident in North Perth in which an image of a person was distributed without the victims consent.
As a result the 43 year old of North Perth has been charged with distributing an intimate image without consent.
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
