Wellington County OPP have charged a driver twice for the same offences after they failed to adhere to instructions of their first stop.
On April 21st at around 11am OPP was conducting traffic enforcement when they stopped a commercial motor vehicle in Highway 401 leading to the 401 Service Centre in Puslinch.
As a result a 19 year old of Acton was charged with Operating a CMV with Load not Secured, Failure to Surrender Daily Inspection Report and Defective Braking System.
The accused was told to not transport the trailer in its current state but shortly after the accused was seen on the highway again.
The 19 year old was given more charges and will appear in court at a later date.
