Perth County OPP have charged an 18 year old who was found be to drinking while driving.
On January 28th an OPP officer was on patrol in Perth East when at around 11pm had stopped a vehicle on Line 37 near Road 108 just east of Stratford.
During investigation it was determined the driver had been drinking.
As a result an 18 year old has been charged with person under 19 having liquor, driving with an open container of liquor and a blood alcohol level above 0 as a novice driver.
